When a rush of panic takes over your body… When your hearts beat faster, your breath quickens, and your chest and throat gets so tight you can’t function right.
Anxiety can be darn difficult to deal with. Personally, I’ve struggled with it a lot. There were moments when I found it hard to stay in meetings and conferences. Sometimes I left the room… blaming it on a “sudden cough” that arrived out of nowhere.
Today I wanted to share one of my favourite tools to deal with anxiety. Use it to ground yourself, or as a first aid kit when shit hits the fan.
